Research showed that, although people already knew their next dream destinations, they would put off bookings believing out-of-this-world Virgin Holidays weren’t accessible to everyone. We were approached by the travel giant to change that.
To recruit new audiences, we refreshed the full brand language by producing unified guidelines which were also translated across print, digital and motion. These brought to life the new urgent brand message to delay no longer and ‘seize the holiday’.
We helped Virgin Holidays achieve a strong brand synergy, aligning its visual identity to the deeper emotional connection, to revive the brand for a more robust customer experience.
