Carving out a new brand identity and audience for a financial investments platform
EQi offered Stereo the chance to redesign its website as part of a page one overhaul of its previous incarnation as Selftrade. Our brief was to create a brand that stood out in the market and appealed to a new, lower age bracket while still not alienating the existing demographic.
Stereo redesigned the website to create a much more user-friendly, clear and intuitive experience, elevating visual cues of the financial world into a welcoming and modern feel—all while ensuring the site met high AA accessibility standards for users with visual difficulties.
Although briefed primarily for the website redesign, Stereo maximised the opportunity to create expansive brand architecture and guidelines that spanned Equinity’s product portfolio. And what was Selftrade now exists as future-proof brand with its own unique niche in the investments market.
