Juniors are the foundation of all our work at Stereo and help drive our wider creative culture. You’ll be the positive and energetic driving force behind our projects from concept to production. You’ll display raw talent, flexibility and initiative in being able to craft intelligent, beautiful and culturally charged work for our clients.

We are looking for someone to join our experienced team with a focus on digital design for sport, fashion, lifestyle and new tech channels. You’ll be supporting our creative team working on active commercial output; whilst thinking holistically and have a broad creative curiosity, treating each project as a fresh opportunity and freely moving between sectors.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept remote applications as you’ll need to visit the studio for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Bring your positive and creative energy to inspire other members of Stereo.

  • Collaborate closely with the team and be an active voice in the room.

  • Moodboard effectively and communicate your vision through rough concepts.

  • Maintain design style guides and design systems.

  • Suggest and implement improvements to ongoing projects.

  • Understand wireframes and the difference between concepting and design phase.

  • Contribute to conceptual and strategic thinking, ensuring our art direction and creative foundations of a project remain strong across each touchpoint.

  • Help create compelling presentation decks.

  • Remain open and eager to work across all our clients and workstreams.

Key skills & requirements

  • At least 1 year hands-on agency experience.

  • Proficiency in Figma, plus main Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

  • A real passion for the sport, fashion, lifestyle and new tech sectors.

  • Daily habit of keeping up with design trends.

  • Confident in presenting ideas to clients.

  • Able to take direction and apply, follow design templates however always ready to use your own use initiative.

  • Strong conceptual thinking for campaigns or brand identities.

  • Willingness to learn and accept feedback

  • Think big and small: show bold creative ambitions but also obsess over the crucial details.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design construction and layout.

  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Basic knowledge of motion design is a great bonus.

  • Ability to design user-friendly, on-brand user interfaces.
