Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager at Stereo will be responsible for driving growth, brand visibility, lead generation, and building and executing the company’s marketing strategy. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives such as social media management, brand development, PR, thought leadership, and award submissions. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in project management, possess strong creative and analytical abilities, and have experience in demand generation, lead campaigns, and content strategy.

Skills Required
Proven experience across the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and retention strategies, ideally within a creative agency environment
Proficiency in social media content planning and execution
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
The confidence to work as an authoritative figure and manage upwards where required
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Up to date with evolutions in the marketing and technology fields, from both a professional and personal point of view
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Typical Activities
Manage the overall marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and target audiences
Develop and manage organic social strategies, including community management and content creation
Deploy marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, PR, and paid media)
Oversee content creation including blog posts, videos, case studies, and sizzle reels.
Identify relevant brands for targeting based on agency case studies
Manage lead generation campaigns in collaboration with strategy and CSD
Integrate HubSpot into campaigns, managing contacts and reporting
Support business development teams with assets and ideas for new business opportunities
Develop and execute external email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Work with the leadership team to identify industry trends and develop quarterly/biannual insights reports
Oversee the creation of thought leadership content, collaborating with third parties where necessary including SEO-driven topics and reports
Lead the strategy and execution of relevant industry events ensuring brand narrative and content strategies align with broader marketing objectives
Craft compelling narratives for campaigns, working with the team to create award-winning submissions
Manage the awards calendar, and collaborate with PR reps to identify and leverage PR opportunities
Support brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, values, and visual identity
Collaborate with design, copy, and social teams to execute internal and external brand campaigns
Oversee brand positioning and guidelines, ensuring alignment with the overall agency vision
Track the performance of marketing campaigns, using web analytics and reporting tools to assess efficiency and effectiveness
Provide monthly performance reports and insights to the leadership team
Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven decisions to refine strategies
Collaborate with SEO partners to report and optimize content performance
