Freelance Creative Team

We’re looking for creative teams to support us on a freelance basis. Ideas are central to what we do and we’re looking for teams to help drive our thinking forwards. This duo will be an integral part of our creative department, working closely with strategy, and developing fresh, culturally-charged ideas that change audience behaviours.
As a team you won’t be afraid to push the boundaries of what’s possible; you’ll have your fingers on the pulse of emerging tech trends and will see the best in every brief, delivering excellence for our clients and keeping standards high. Always.
As a freelance team, you’ll be able to quickly pick up fast-moving briefs across a variety of sectors, from lifestyle to FinTech, and will be confident working across all aspects of a campaign — from scriptwriting to OOH and social. Though, of course, if you have a speciality, we’d love to hear about that, too.
Typical Activities
Tackling briefs and pitches with enthusiasm and excellence
Contributing to brainstorming sessions
Creating clear decks to sell creative work
Confidently presenting work to clients and internal senior stakeholders
Concepting creative ideas and taking them through to execution
Working alongside in-house designers to bring concepts to life
Skills Required
Previous agency experience
High-level conceptual skills
Scamp and script-writing ability
Excellent communication skills
Able to create high-fidelity mock-ups
Proficient use of Creative Cloud and Google Workspace
Ability to take an idea from concept to execution
Strong presentation skills
Confidently handling multiple deadlines and projects
Time management and organization skills
