Ideas are the beating heart of the work we create at Stereo. We’re looking for a dynamic and inspiring Creative Team to support concept generation across everything we touch — from our existing clients, to new business opportunities, and self-driven projects. Your team could comprise a classic pairing of Art Director & Copywriter, or it could be a mixture of other creative talents — the one vital component is your ability to generate memorable, attention grabbing and original ideas for both copy and visuals.

You’ll be a key aspect of how we amplify creativity in the studio, so you’ll need to be a motivated duo who take the initiative and prove you’re able to spot the opportunity in any brief. You’ll have the ability to think both large and small, as well as clearly communicate your deeper thinking and how it aligns to Strategy.

We work on a variety of project types at Stereo, so you’ll need to demonstrate creative flexibility and confidence with different clients and audiences. Unlocking a brief will be your bread and butter. You could be creating ideas for an OOH lifestyle campaign, digital activations for a streaming platform, experiential events for a finance startup, or one-off stunt for the tech sector.

You’ll be socially aware with a hunger for big thinking and challenging the norm. Clear communication skills and a natural aptitude towards understanding brand positioning, authenticity and cultural cues are a must. You’ll be confident enough to share your ideas but perceptive enough to know when to encourage others to share theirs.

Typical Activities

  • Working closely with clients to develop a strong understanding of requirements and objectives
  • Creating engaging and focused ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns
  • Strong understanding and good perspective of competitors by researching current media trends
  • Inspiring team members to be experimental and innovative in their ideas
  • Executing tasks with the professionalism and creativity needed to push the agency and clients in the right direction
